Phase 1 Setup #8: Calendar Integration

Welcome to BaseCloud CRM Calendar integration.

After connecting your Microsoft 365 or Gmail accounts to the CRM, you will start seeing your calendar fill up with existing events.

You can share your calendar with certain people in your organization so they can view and know whether or not you are available.

To send a calendar invite, navigate to specific client you would like.

Click on new meeting and choose either an e-mail template that you want to use or custom fill out everything that you would like.

In this case, I’m going to use a template and I would like to send a meeting invite to Sylvie.

You can toggle between online or not.

When you click online, it will send out a teams link if you’re linked with 365 and it will send out a Google meet link if you’re connected with Google.

I can also change the meeting and click save then it will say that the calendar has been created.

Here’s the invitation that has just gone through.

If you look at the calendar invite or go to the calendar, you can see the event you’ve created.

If I click here, I can edit, delete or join the meeting. And that is BaseCloud CRM calendar integration.
