We quote on predefined scope. If the scope changes with extra functionality added, we will re-quote accordingly. If the scope has not changed, costs remain as is.

Foundation includes up to 5 users and Growth up to 15. Dominate has unlimited users. You can add users to Foundation or Growth at $200 per user per month (R1,500 in South Africa). The system is built to help thriving businesses scale by making processes more efficient, automated and smarter over time.

Wati is our WhatsApp service provider. We cover license fee and management of this service, between BaseCloud CRM and Wati. We partner with Wati because BaseCloud CRM takes Wati functionality to the next level. If you have an existing Wati bot, we take over management and integration of your existing services.
