Step by step process:
- Within a client profile you can see something called tables which you can create for yourself if you would like to measure data in different ways for specific clients.
- In this case, I’m going to create a typical table and I navigate to custom tables. here I can create a table, add a custom table.
- In this instance I’m going to call it Orders to track the orders that are coming through.
- I’ve now created the table and I can click and edit.
- Here I can add various different columns that I might need.
- For the first one I want to add a date column and it’s going to be called Orderdate.
- The next column that I would like to add is Items ordered.
- This one will be a single choice.
- In this demonstration, I’m going to add Tinker Dust and empty Hook spray.
- i’m going to call this Items ordered.
- Add a column.
- Next, I’m going to choose status which is single choice and I’m going to have three different statuses called new, pending and complete.
- And the last field that I would like is perhaps a button so that if I press it, I will notify the client via e-mail about the progress of their order.
- So I’m going to add and look for button.
- This one is going to be notify client and I’m going to choose a green button color.
- After I added my custom table, I can go to the clients, go into a client profile.
- Here I can see the tables option and my orders table.
- I can double click here to rename it to orders if I would like.
- Here I can choose create and choose an order date.
- Then I will choose items ordered and I’m going to select the status as new. I’m also going to add another one with a different date and the items ordered will be antihook spray and the status is complete.
- So this is how you can add a table displaying any information that you would like to see and you can add some additional functions.
- In this instance you could click Notify Client, where you can set up automation to automatically notify the client about their order.
- Tables can be used in a variety of different ways.
- Imagine an Excel spreadsheet that you have inside your CRM for a specific client, measuring anything that you would like to track.
- You can also have multiple tables added within this tab, for example an orders table, and another table below that, and another table below that, all measuring different things for this client.
