    Each signer opens their link, confirms who they are with a one-time passcode by SMS or email, consents to signing electronically and signs, or declines.

  4. Signed, with proof

    You get the signed documents and a completion certificate with the audit trail of who signed, when.

Do I need a separate e-signature tool?
No. E-signature is part of BaseCloud CRM, so there's no separate e-signature subscription to buy.
Can several people sign the same document?
Yes. Add as many signers as you need and set the order they sign in. People on your own team can be added as countersigners.
How do you check who signed?
Signers confirm their identity with a one-time passcode sent by SMS or email, and agree to sign electronically. A completion certificate with the audit trail records the signing events.
Can I send several documents at once?
Yes. Group them into a document pack and send them together.
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
In the US, the federal ESIGN Act and state laws based on UETA generally give electronic signatures the same standing as handwritten ones, and many other countries have similar laws. Some documents have extra requirements, so check with your lawyer for regulated paperwork.
Can I combine PDFs or password-protect them?
Yes. Combine several PDFs into one, and add or remove a password, from the CRM. In a workflow, the PDF action can create a PDF from HTML or add a password.
