The problem

Quoting shouldn't mean retyping or guessing

When prices live in spreadsheets and quotes live in another app, teams repeat work, make avoidable pricing mistakes and lose track of what the client has actually received.

  • Client details copied by hand

Re-entering names and addresses from the CRM adds work and creates mistakes.

  • Different prices for the same work

Separate price lists make it hard to keep every rep and branch consistent.

  • Cost and margin out of sight

A flat item list doesn't show what a package costs or what you'll keep.

  • Quotes go quiet

Without a record of each quote and its status, follow-up depends on memory.

How it works

From quote to paid

Every quote is saved on the client record alongside invoices and communication history.

  1. Build the quote

Choose a client, add saved items or enter a custom line, and let the CRM calculate subtotal, tax and total.

  2. Send it

Create a branded PDF and email it with a payment link. Your terms and quote details go with it.

  3. Get paid

The customer pays by card through Stripe or Paystack from the payment page.

  4. Convert and follow up

Payment converts the quote to an invoice, or convert it yourself individually or in bulk. Workflows can react when a quote changes.

What it does

Start simple, then grow into a full pricebook

Use saved services for straightforward quoting or organize a large product catalog with pricing, bundles and supplier details.

  • Standard line items

Save a description, code, price and tax rate, then find an item from the quote search box. Line details remain editable before sending.

  • Branded quote templates

Keep multiple layouts with your logo, fonts and terms, and preview the PDF before it goes to a client.

  • Organized product pricebook

Group products and services into categories up to four levels deep, with photos, supplier details, cost and sell price.

    • Reorder categories and rename them inline
    • Import or export up to 20,000 items by CSV
  • Bundles and kits

Combine products and labor into packages, including bundles within bundles. Component costs roll up to show the package margin.

  • Cost, markup and margin

See cost beside sell price, with markup and margin updating as you edit. Set a sell price from a target markup.

  • Bulk price updates

Increase a category's sell prices or costs by a fixed amount or percentage when supplier pricing changes.

  • Tablet presentation mode

Browse category tiles with a customer, add products to a cart and save the cart as a quote without returning to the office.

  • Quote pipeline and performance

Compare quotes issued with quotes converted, review open quotes by age, and report on sales by user or product.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Do I need to set up the full Pricebook to create quotes?
No. Start with saved standard line items for a short list of services and prices. Turn on the full Pricebook when you need categories, product costs, bundles or bulk updates.
Can I set different tax rates on quote lines?
Yes. Each line can have its own tax rate, and each quote can use exclusive, inclusive or no tax.
Can I see cost and margin while building a quote?
Yes. The Pricebook shows cost and sell price together, with markup and margin updating as you edit. Bundle costs roll up from their components.
Can I update my catalog from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import or export up to 20,000 Pricebook items as CSV. The import preview flags errors before any rows are saved.
Can I quote with a customer in person?
Yes. Open the Pricebook in full-screen tablet mode, add items to a cart and save it as a quote on the client's record.
What happens when a customer pays a quote?
A payment through Stripe or Paystack converts the quote to an invoice. You can also convert quotes yourself, one at a time or in bulk.
