Example workflow
A homeowner who asks for a spring cleanup and ends up on a mowing plan
The homeowner fills in the estimate form on your website on a Sunday evening in March. Here is how that request becomes a customer for the whole season.
1. Request in
The form creates the customer with the address and the service they asked for, and records the source.
2. Called back
The office calls on Monday morning. The call is recorded, and the lot size and gate code are saved on the customer.
3. Estimate sent
The cleanup is quoted from the pricebook. A follow-up text goes out two days later and the homeowner accepts.
4. Visit booked
The job goes in the crew lead's calendar. The homeowner gets a reminder text the day before.
5. Plan offered
After the cleanup, a workflow offers weekly mowing. The homeowner accepts and a recurring invoice starts.
6. Review asked
A month into the plan, a text asks for a Google review. In fall, an aeration offer goes out on its own.
You run the crews. Callbacks, follow-ups, monthly billing and seasonal offers run around them.
