Example workflow
A personal-lines quote request for a family that also owns a home
A prospect asks for an auto quote on your website on a Tuesday morning. Here is how it moves.
1. Request captured
The website form creates the household, records the source and assigns the producer whose turn it is.
2. Producer calls
Call Connect rings the producer and dials the prospect. The call is recorded and summarized.
3. Quote followed up
If the quote isn't bound in three days, a text and an email go out, then a task for a second call.
4. Policy recorded
Once bound, the policy goes in the Policies table with its renewal date. The welcome email goes out.
5. Cross-sell prompt
A rule spots the household has auto but no home policy and opens a cross-sell task for the producer.
6. Renewal review
Sixty days before renewal, the account manager gets a review task and the client gets a heads-up text.
Producers spend their time quoting and advising. Renewals, follow-ups and reminders run on schedule.
