GoHighLevel Pricing: Plans, Usage Fees and What You Actually Pay in 2026

An agency owner working out costs with a calculator and laptop, beside the title GoHighLevel Pricing: Plans, Fees and Real Costs

GoHighLevel pricing starts at $97 a month for the Starter plan, $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro, each with unlimited users and contacts. Those numbers are accurate. They are also only part of the bill, because texts, calls, email, AI and several add-ons are charged on top.

This guide sets out every charge, with worked examples so you can estimate your own cost. GoHighLevel is also written Go High Level, HighLevel or GHL, and all four names mean the same product. Prices were last checked on October 7, 2026 against HighLevel’s own pricing page and billing guides.

A note on bias. We make BaseCloud CRM, which competes with HighLevel for some customers. Every HighLevel figure here comes from HighLevel’s published pages, linked at the end, and our own product is covered in one clearly marked section.

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Some partner links advertise a longer one.

A sub-account is a separate workspace. An agency uses one per client. A single business needs only one, or one per location.

What each GoHighLevel plan includes

Starter, $97 a month. The full CRM, pipelines, calendars, funnels and websites, email and text marketing, workflows and reputation tools, for up to three sub-accounts. This is the plan for a single business.

Unlimited, $297 a month. Everything in Starter with unlimited sub-accounts, API access, and the ability to pass phone and email costs on to clients at cost. This is the plan for an agency with four or more clients.

Agency Pro, $497 a month. Everything in Unlimited plus SaaS Mode, which lets an agency resell HighLevel under its own brand, create client accounts automatically and add a markup to usage. It also adds advanced API access and agent reporting.

Enterprise, custom price. For high-volume businesses and large agencies.

Usage fees: texts, calls and email

HighLevel’s phone service, LC Phone, bills usage on top of every plan. These are the US rates from HighLevel’s billing guide, last updated on September 29, 2026.

ItemRate
Local phone number$1.15 a month
Toll-free number$2.15 a month
Text message (SMS), sent or received$0.00747 per segment
Carrier fee per textAbout $0.0035 (AT&T) to $0.005 (Verizon)
Picture message (MMS), sent$0.022
Outbound call$0.0166 a minute
Inbound call$0.01165 a minute
Inbound toll-free call$0.0198 a minute
Call recording$0.0025 a minute
Call transcription$0.024 a minute
Answering machine detection$0.0075 a call
Email$0.675 per 1,000 emails
Email verification$2.50 per 1,000 checks

A text segment is 160 characters, so a long message counts as two or three. With the carrier fee, one text costs a little over one cent.

A2P 10DLC registration fees

US carriers require every business that texts from a local number to register. HighLevel lists a one-time fee of $22.50 and a monthly campaign fee of $1.50 to $10.50 for low-volume senders. You complete the registration yourself inside the platform.

GoHighLevel AI pricing

GoHighLevel white label and SaaS pricing

White-labeling is what the top plan is for. On Agency Pro ($497 a month) an agency can sell HighLevel under its own name, set its own prices and mark up texts, calls and email. Two add-ons usually go with it: the white-label mobile app at $497 a month and the branded client portal at $49 a month.

Agency Pro with the white-label mobile app costs $994 a month before a single client is billed, or $11,928 a year.

What a real GoHighLevel bill looks like

Three worked examples, using the rates above and a text cost of $0.0115 per segment including the carrier fee.

A single business with light usage

ItemMonthly cost
Starter plan$97.00
One local number$1.15
800 texts$9.20
500 outbound call minutes$8.30

A single business with heavy usage

4,500 texts$51.75
1,500 outbound call minutes$24.90
Recording and transcription on those calls$39.75
20,000 emails$13.50
AI Employee Growth$50.00
Workflow bundle$10.00
10DLC campaign feeAbout $5.00
TotalAbout $294

Over a year that is about $3,500, more than three times the $970 annual plan price.

An agency reselling to ten clients

ItemMonthly cost
Agency Pro plan$497
White-label mobile app$497
AI Employee Unlimited on ten sub-accounts$970
Total before usage$1,964

The agency recovers this by charging clients a monthly fee and marking up usage, which is the purpose of SaaS Mode.

Monthly or yearly billing?

Yearly billing gives two months free on every plan: $194 saved on Starter, $594 on Unlimited and $994 on Agency Pro. Usage, AI and add-ons are billed monthly either way. Pay monthly until your workflows are built and your texting registration is approved, then switch.

What happens after the GoHighLevel trial?

  • The trial converts automatically. Billing starts when the 14 days end, on whichever plan you picked.
  • Usage can be charged during the trial. Texts and calls are not free while you test.
  • Texting may not be live yet. 10DLC registration has to be approved by the carriers before you can text from a local number.

Costs that are easy to miss

  • Long texts cost more. Each 160 characters is a separate segment.
  • Recording and transcription more than double the cost of a call. Together they add $0.0265 a minute to a $0.0166 outbound call.
  • AI and add-ons are per sub-account. For agencies, these multiply by client.
  • Premium support is $500 a month.
  • Your time. HighLevel gives you a toolkit. Building pipelines, workflows, funnels and the 10DLC registration is your job, or you pay a freelancer to do it.

Is GoHighLevel worth it?

For marketing agencies, usually yes. Unlimited users for a flat fee, low per-minute rates and white-labeling are real advantages, and no per-seat CRM matches them on price.

It is a less obvious fit for a single business. The product is organized around agencies and sub-accounts, the setup is do-it-yourself, and premium support is a $500 add-on.

How BaseCloud CRM compares

BaseCloud is our product, so read this section as the vendor’s view.

BaseCloud CRM is built for a single business, not for agencies. HighLevel’s subscription and per-minute rates are lower, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Is GoHighLevel free?
No. There is no free plan. HighLevel offers a 14-day free trial on each plan, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends. Usage charges such as texts and calls can apply during the trial.
How much does GoHighLevel charge for SMS?
In the US, $0.00747 per text segment sent or received, plus a carrier fee of about $0.0035 to $0.005 per segment. That works out at a little over one cent per text. Registering for A2P 10DLC costs $22.50 once, then $1.50 to $10.50 a month.

The $97 Starter plan allows three sub-accounts. The $297 Unlimited plan allows unlimited sub-accounts, lets an agency pass phone and email costs on to clients at cost, and includes API access. Both have unlimited users and contacts.
How much does GoHighLevel white label cost?
Reselling HighLevel under your own brand with marked-up usage needs the Agency Pro plan at $497 a month. A white-label mobile app is a further $497 a month, and a branded client portal app is $49 a month.
How much does the GoHighLevel AI Employee cost?
AI Employee Growth is $50 a month per sub-account and includes 1,000 conversation responses and 100 voice minutes. AI Employee Unlimited is $97 a month per sub-account. There is also a pay-per-use option with no subscription.
Is GoHighLevel worth it for a single business?
It can be, because $97 a month with unlimited users is inexpensive. The platform is designed for agencies, though, so a single business takes on more setup, registers its own texting, and pays $500 a month if it wants premium support.
