In this video, we’re going to see how the rerun function works.
Because we have multiple data records, there might be certain records that we would like to run again.
In this case, let’s navigate and find that specific record.
I would like to rerun this specific record where the status was changed from declined to accepted.
I click on that data record.
It’s the third one.
When I click rerun, it’s going to rerun our automation as if we just triggered it again.
You can see triggers the status change and it created a workflow note.
I expect to receive another workflow note that changed from declined to accepted.
