In this video, we’ll be looking at automation workflows within the CRM.
To access your automation workflows, click your name.
Go to Settings and click Automation.
Currently there are no workflows but you can create any workflow and automate any type of process that you need.
For example, I click Add a workflow.
Let’s say this would be WhatsApp integration, click Create Workflow.
I can also add another one for something completely different, Status change workflow, and you can see that these two workflows have been created.
You can create as many workflows as you need for a variety of integrations.
Once you expand your workflow you’ll see that we currently require a certain trigger to trigger the workflow once you click on triggers or add a trigger.
There are multiple types of triggers.
For example bookings or form submissions being received from different systems.
Timer triggers.
They will trigger every minute, hour, day, week, month or year when a certain e-mail comes in.
There are certain CRM triggers like field changes, status changes when you click on certain buttons and any table changes.
Anything you do within the CRM can be seen as a trigger.
Even a client date trigger.
If there are date fields within a client, you can use this to trigger on certain dates, monthly anniversaries, yearly renewals, etcetera.
You’re also able to add a call tracking number.
This is where you create a unique number and when someone phones that number, you get that information within the CRM and you can automate what needs to come next.
We also have the call Connect Trigger, which we’ll cover at a later stage.
To demonstrate, we want to, in this workflow, perform an action when a certain status changes.
I’m going to choose CRM trigger status change, and add this trigger.
Once the trigger has been added, you can add any other types of tasks that are available to perform your desired action.
Next we’ll look through some of these tasks and create a small automation.
