In order to purchase a United Arab Emirates phone number through BaseCloud CRM, you will need to provide the documentation outlined below. Please ensure all documents are valid and up to date before submitting your request.
Local Numbers
Business Identity Verification
- Full name of the company owner
- Company name
- Contact phone number of the company owner
- Certificate of registration
- Copy of ID or Passport of the company owner
- Business use case description
- Expected traffic forecast
Address Verification
- Full business address (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)
Additional Information
- Business use only: UAE local numbers are only available for business use. Private/personal use is not permitted.
- Compliance review: All number requests are subject to review by our Compliance team, who reserve the right to decline provisioning at their discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Toll-Free Numbers
Business Identity Verification
- Full name of an authorised representative
- Contact phone number of an authorised representative
- Contact email of an authorised representative
- Company name
- Company registration certificate (must be a non-UAE entity)
- Signed Letter of Intent (must be signed within the last 30 days — this document will be provided by BaseCloud)
- Expected traffic forecast
Address Verification
- Full business address outside of the United Arab Emirates (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)
Additional Information
- Business use only: UAE toll-free numbers are only available for business use. Private/personal use is not permitted.
- End-user restriction: The end user must not be based in the UAE.
- Call routing restriction: Toll-free numbers cannot land or be forwarded to destinations within the UAE.
- Usage requirement: Numbers are subject to disconnection if no traffic is recorded for six (6) consecutive months.
- Minimum service period: UAE toll-free numbers must remain active on your account for a minimum of 12 months. Early termination is not permitted, and you will be responsible for all applicable charges for the full minimum service period.
