Phase 2 Navigation #10: How To Store Files

Step by step process:

1. To store files within the BaseCloud CRM system, just navigate to any of your customer profiles.
2. From here we can click on files.
3. Currently, there are no files uploaded.
4. You can drag and drop them into this section, right click and upload a new folder or upload a file specifically from here.
5. In this instance, I’m just going to drag and drop Peter Pan’s image and create a new folder called Plans as an example.
6. I’m going to take plans that I have. and drop them in here. This becomes your folder structure for your clients.
7. You can access them at any time.
8. You can also right click and attach them to an e-mail if you need to.
9. Download them here or delete them from the system.
