- To add a card, either click Add a Card or just click one here to add your first one.
- I would like to measure the active workflow notes for my team members.
- There are various options to choose from in terms of the standard reports and different card types that you can use. in this instance, I would like to see how much work my team currently has.
- I would like to see a pie chart view so I’m going to select the small icon for pie chart.
- Click on add card.
- Here I can see that Wendy currently has 6 workflow notes still due which she needs to complete and Peter Pan currently has three workflow notes due.
- I now want to add another report card.
- I click on Add a card.
- I would like to take a look at the clients that were created within my date range.
- And I would like to view it as a line graph then click add a card.
- I can now see that within the last 30 days there were six clients added to the system and in doing so, I can keep track of trends and historical data.
- I’m going to add a third reporting card and for this one, I want to take a look at client statuses that were changed within this date range.
- There are multiple sizes that I can choose from.
- In choosing table one, it shows that Peter Pan has changed 9 client statuses to New Lead and has also changed 2 customer statuses to Appointment booked, 1 to Quoted and four to Onboarding within the selected date range.
- Choosing Other card type, I’m going to choose Table 2 and this will give me a slightly different view where it says that Peter Pan has changed this client from New to onboarding within the 30 day range.
- I’m going to add another card and this is how you add standard root CRM reporting to the system.
- If you need more or different kinds of reports, you’re able to create custom reports that display information as you desire.
- Next I want to look at how my sales are performing within Neverland.
- These reports can be custom built and you can choose a custom date range.
- Scroll down and take a look
- You can view your funnel as well.
- For customers in different statuses, you can track revenue per status and custom fields such as customer interest, your customer location and customer source. This is how you can create customer reports based on certain fields that are available within the system.
